I did a transaction on 28-03-2013 and still have not received the refund. They don’t respond to your emails. They will simply close tickets. On persistence, they sent a wrong refund reference number and after highlighting the same, they are keeping mum.

I am not really concerned about the money but I would advise you never transact with this site. I may move to consumer court or cyber fraud cell after waiting for some more time.
