Paytm.com Comes with services like recharge, insurance, gas bill payment, electricity etc. Yes definitely paytm.com is good but not that much great. I like to shop from paytm.com but I loved amazon and Flipkart because they gives 100% purchase protection and customer service is very good. Let’s come to paytm one on one service review.
Paytm.com gives huge cashback on their shopping and recharges, for recharges you can use it you will not face any issue for sure. But for shopping don’t trust patym.com blindly. Read their policies very careful. I usually order 3-4 order from paytm because of they gives cash back like 70-80% but I am not buying any expensive things on paytm.com because they don’t give 100% purchase protection and their customer service sucks, they will put your call on hold for an half an hour to connect with their executive and they hardly gives reply within 48hours for cutomer’s mail. For shopping parts I usually buy stationary, books, office management item, some grooming items, shoes etc. But when it comes to paytm.com you need to understand that you need to purchase only with limit because you orders are at risk so take your decision wisely. For me I usually buy below 2000Rs. Item from paytm, for above 2000Rs. I trust amazon and Flipkart and that’s rule for me. Why? Purchase protection policy, usually you don’t face any issue regarding your paytm products it’s totally genuine but sometimes they don’t give 100% money back guarantee or replacement or refund. So you need to spend little less on this. I assure you 99% you will receive full support from paytm but sometimes it’s sucks. Like one of my purchased TV from paytm and received damaged item ( broken screen) , he didn’t get this issue solve till date.
Paytm is Amazing site, every month they are giving 200Rs cashback on purchase of 299rs or more, moreover you can also use that cash back for recharge and other payment, now most of shopkeeper have paytm merchant account so you can also pay to them while local shopping and that’s the great thing.
For any other services like railway ticket, recharge, movie ticket, electricity, insurance I never had issue with this paytm orders. For shopping you just need to take little extra care.
