Site is good .After demonetization, the paytm user are increased 70% from previously. Service is good no doubt .Product quality and app is good but it can’t manage the overload . I want to give one suggestion don’t try again and again paytm to other when one time you not success . At the time of demonetization I have used my paytm and pay to other but problem happened in first time shopkeeper don’t get money .so I have again tried again fail, I have again try . and after three hour I have seen around 4 times amount will be deducted from my paytm account. I was surprised that time what happens because it shows failed when I have transfer three time and 4th time success.but amount is deducted 4th time. So that is the moment when I have stopped using the paytm, I have used when I have seriously need . good site for recharge, pay bills .Quality is good . Cashback found many times before demonetization . App is good .Website is good . Reliable but not more, I will recommend but in one case when you want to pay bill or recharge or book ticket . That time you can add money on wallet else you don’t have need to hold your money on wallet.
