By mistake there was a payment made from my account to Gogole Play. I got message to redeem the money in Google play using a code. However I never redeemed it and have been raising complaints in Paytm and all they reply is to check with Google Play.
When checked with Google play, they say if the money is not redeemed, Paytm has to refund, however paytm has a standard reply in all queries raised and no proper response in 24/7 contact number provided as well.
Literally Paytm is not helping in getting back my 3700 Rupees. Worst application and no respect/care to customer yet they promise 100% assurance and paytm trust.
Need to know how to legally proceed on this, as paytm has no respect to customers
