Hi this is Shlok Jain. This review is done just to draw attention that how the online shopping app treats us.
A month back I ordered Adidas shoes ie. Adidas Neo 2. I ordered them for 2400 only. The shoes delivery time was was 6-7 business days they came to me after 9 days. When I received the package the shape of box was not proper.
When I opened the box I found that they have sent me other shoes. The design of shoes were almost same but the design were different when I contact to Paytm they said they are same design. They were not ready to accept that design were different.
Now after a month of regular use the print of adidas sign has faded and the sole is seperating from the shoes.
I have worst online shopping this time. These online shopping app does not take care of thier customers.
