I have been using paytm mobile app for a long time here are some things I have noticed some are excellent and some are bitter.
-Firstly this is a great power packed app comes with recharge shopping travelling and freshly came up with lodging facility.
Recharge: 10 out of 10 times I havent find any problem, money will be credited back immediately if recharge is not successful. I think there should be some changes done in mobile application where we will be providing mobile number it became little messy(previously it’s better). Now a days there are no much offers and cashbacks which I could notice I think they used mainly for their promotion as we cannot see them now to that extent.
Shopping- I have noticed so many products which are very cheap but are placed at higher prices most of them are not even of good quality and built. Although it’s our decision to choose products but it’s also their responsibility to maintain products of good quality with best prices that’s what billion dollar companies will do.
Bus bookings- I have heard form my colleagues, friends and relatives not to book tickets from paytm and they will always see paytm as the last option for booking tickets prices will be too much higher. Some times we can see keeping higher prices and them again giving back as cash back offer. Completely waste of doing things like that. Some times we cannot find busses particularly in this site but can be found through other sites easier. App will be dead slow sometimes while booking bus tickets.
Over all I think there should be some modifications need to be done so as to stand as number one.
