Its been an year ago when I purchased a jbl headphones from paytm and it gave a pretty good deal with cashback and when tge product got delivered, I opened it and when used the headphones one side of the earbuds weren’t working and when I checked the product with details I saw it wasn’t original and it was a fake product.I tried to contact paytm customer care but guess what they only accepts messages as your complaint and then they will call you and till the date they called me the product has just lost its last return date and they say that the return date has been over and when said that I have been cheated and when explained about the product they said that we can exchange it but can’t take it back and refund the amount. Aftera quarrel and saying that I can easily sue paytm for the fake products, then the customer care executive put me on a hold and said after that I have talked to my manager and ge said that in 2-3 days the delivery boy will be there for the product and then your anount will be refunded to paytm wallet.And that’s not it when the date xame for the guy to pickup the product he calls me and says that you have to come to the office to return the product and when I said that it has a scheduled of a pickup from the delivery Address they said they can’t get it from there. What next then I had to go there ans returned it and I was tired of having a quarrel again.Seriously worst experience and that day paytm took all my trust away from online stores. The money got refunded and I was not cheated totally but all the trouble that I had to bear was not what I thought while purchasing a product from paytm.
