I am using paytm account from long back. At earlier stages I use to do transactions very limited, but now most of my transactions are went through the paytm only, though I have several issues with it I don’t have alternative.
First thing is when we use paytm for bill payments it may happen or not, means 50 -50 chances and most of the time I am experiencing messages like network error and try sometime, this is what I don’t what to hear from such a service provider.
Another issue is, there is no direct customer support, this is what another big thing to check by the company, when money gone from my paytm wallet and if the payment no transferred to the person what need to do, just ii have to wait till the payment successful.
So, it is better to check and rectify all these issues by the company immediately.
