many thing are given but I am very sorry to say that non of the services is true.
they have just taken 700/- without any benifits.
First of all I was taken membership just by clicking and even after intimating same day for reversal my request was not taken.
for first 2 days they said that server is not working and ubable to take complain. after 2 days they said it can not be reversed as 2 days are over.
This way they are making customer fool. Even after tweet to Vijay Shekar Sharma also no revert / solution.
I have given complain over app also but they giving wrong reply as coupon code not used whereas I am making all transection with paytm first coupons only.
Now at last I decided to utilise their services as I already paid Rs 700/- than no benifit is avaibale.
No cash back on money transfer to ballet / recharge mobile at all.
I give complain over app, but to no solution provided from their end not any person from customer care contacted me so far.
these are realy pathetic services from paytm.
as a breatch of services request govt. to take necessary action so these kind of cheating activities are stopped.
there is no customer care mail Id abailable to send our concern.
