On October 23rd I lost an amount without my knowledge from paytm postpaid. I didnt know about this and when the invoice came I cleared the same but when I checked the statement I found the transaction and raised a complaint. To my surprise they replied that they made an enquiry and found that the order was initiated from my side and so they closed the ticket. I have never made such an order or left my phone unattended. Only paytm can verify and find the truth. It seems the app is not safe and worst is their customer care. I was using paytm for most of my payments but I stopped from now and also advice my clients in this regard. Its not only the amount, the sensless answer which I got from the customer care that irritates us. I really doubt that paytm is not safe and there are chances of the above type of frauds in future too.
