I ordered a saree for my mom on paytm recently. The seller shipped the wrong product to me, and so I returned the product and ordered it again ( as they do have a replacement option, but it is not valid on any product) . The order arrived after 5-6 days, but again it wasn’t right. I again got the same saree which I returned. This time I complained to the customer care for replacement as it wasn’t my fault in any way, not earlier, not now, and I just can’t keep on adding 3000 rs to paytm wallet on a regular basis. But after gaining fame, their customer service has become useless. They just give a system generated reply for all queries ( I have experienced that for 6-7 times now) without even caring what the problem is about. Sometimes, they don’t even care to reply. I received a reply after 12 days once, when even the return period was going to end. They never pick up phone calls, even after waiting for hours. So, my problem is not yet solved, just planning to return the product and to never order anything I actually need from paytm. They are just doing fraud to get your money added to paytm wallets.
I really feel disappointed that I used to recommend this site to my friends, was their regular customer before they gained so much fame, but now they don’t care anymore. I am never going to recommend it to anyone now. I would suggest you refrain from using it as far as possible.
