I have order one hardisk from Pay TM with order number 780862257. This was shipped on 3rd or 4th March by AWB Number: 253553139 Courier Company: Swapnex
But still not delivered to me yet. I have sent couple of email to Pay TM Customer care and their escalation user as well but no respond except a sms in late night that they are working on this and revert back but no solution. I have also tried to reach the customer care via call but both the numbers are either not picked up or they have not allowed to take any voice call.
I am fed up of this and feeling very much cheated.
