It was the first time I tried PayTM from my Android phone using their app for my IDEA Prepaid Recharge on Sunday morning. And to my surprise, after the entire process was over, I got an Error message that the Payment was Unsuccessful whereas, at the same time I got a message from Citibank that Amount of Rs.245 was deducted. I tried to search for the contact number of PayTM however, I was further surprised the know that they CURRENTLY DONT HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER. How can a Payment Processing Company not have a CONTACT NUMBER?
I searched for any other way to get a support from them. So, I dropped an email to them where it said, I should expect a Reply in 6 hours. However, this is more than 24 hours now, and I dont have any resolution from them except an automated Reply by their Email System.
I wouldnt recommend anyone to use this site or their service and think 100000 times before using their service.
Seems like we are dealing with a Fraud Company.
