Paytm the giant online shopping place where I usually do recharges and shop online.
Though they are good at cash backs and I was totally vexed with their service all the time.
Yes of course they do cash backs but all the time I am facing a lot of problems with them while doing recharge and while shopping any thing from their site.
My transaction has being failed always and the money is getting deducted though it shows that the order is failed. I am being vexed as it is happening all the time when I do anything in their site except for few times.
It is being quite usual that I have to face the failure of my payment problem and have to mail them about my problem and to wait for their reply.
After 2 to 4 days I am getting my account back. It is Ok if this happens for 2 to 3 times, but every time this problem is repetitive and I am irritated sometimes with their poor service of website.
The thing which I found good with paytm is the cashback when I do recharge successfully or while booking movie tickets.
But I think paytm should look over this kind of problems to give a good experience for their customers.
