I ordered led tap Faucet which is temperature sensing attachment but they sent me color jumping attachment and I have sent the photos to prove that I am right, but they keep on asking me same question again and again by different persons in the end after 8 emails they said I can return the product but I have to verify it on seller description.I mean can’t you check it and tell me? isn’t it your job to check it .
Now I have to go through the inconvenience of the return process and customer service is absolute joke.More over if you observe the seller ratings most of the sellers either have 1* or 2* no wonder why paytm is not successful as other e commerce websites.The items description never matches to the item you get.
The website is also not user friendly you cant right click on item and open it in new window .
update: This is regarding another order "led strip" which I bought on 12 nov 2015 was not even shipped till 17 nov 2015 now after contacting customer service I got response saying that it may take another two days to ship or the order may get cancelled.Seriously guys this is ridiculous.See the attached file for proof.
Paytm is only good for Mobile recharges not for buying products its just late delivery and low quality items
Beware guys, don’t take the risk of buying from them.
