I purchased a product from Paytm and under some offer, I got 50% cashback. After a few days, I get an email from Paytm saying that my transaction of Rs.599 is successful and the money has been deducted from my paytm account.
I never made such a transaction and there was not much details about the particular transaction in my paytm history except the order number. I tried contacting their customer care regarding this and they replied that they can’t help me in this. What do I do know? I believe that Paytm faked this transaction to take back the cashback they added to my account.
