Paytm is in fact the number one online wallets in the country.We can do mobile recharges, DTH recharges, topup internet data cards, book buses, pay electricity bills and even it’s used to pay for delhi metro service. I do not have any issues with the wallet but the online shopping experience has been totally opposite I have come across 4-5 instances where the product does not resemble the actual product and the quality of the products seemed very cheap.
How I wish the paytm team had some quality check teams to monitor the products shipped to the customers are checked properly before itself. Returning of the products seems very difficult for a person living in a small town like me. Getting products shipped for my pincode itself is a big thing. Paytm should carry out more measured steps in future to achieve the customer satisfaction. At last I want to state that paytm is wonderful online market place which offers cashbacks instantly please provide good customer service so that the customer feels happy at the end of the day.
