This is my first experience with Paytm. I ordered a Panasonic TV ORDER NO. 993030743 on 28th May 2015. I ordered from Paytm because they offered a cashback of 6225 rs.
I never expected that they are too unprofessional.
They had given 4th June 2015 as estimated date for product delivery. But since they couldn’t sipped product till 31st May, they changed delivery date to 6th June and without my information. They do not have a customer care helpline number, means you cannot contact them directly.
When wrote on social media, they just said sorry and forgot everything. Now after looking socking review on Mouthshut, I suspect whether I will get good product.
