I purchase an exercise bike under 51% cash back deal at 16, 000. Market price was only 13, 000. this cashback is still awaited even after one month. Customer care is not responding.Phone lines are always busy.
Avoid payTM, go for Amazon or Snapdeal which are genuine at least.
One suggestion, before paying at payTM try to contact their helpline. You will understand real picture. It seems that payTM has one line for all india so its always busy(even at 2:00 am). Try to experience.
