Paytm is good whenever there are any promotional activities running. I use Paytm Occasionally whenever I need some discount or cashback on movie tickets or some other recharges. For transfer money it is quite long procedure to do. First of all you need to add money in paytm wallet from your bank account then whoever you want to transfer money would have a paytm account then he will also withdraw the money from paytm wallet to bank account after filling the bank details. I think in BHIM app there is a simple procedure for money transfer. I never use the customer service so I don’t know how they execute. Products they offer are pretty much attractive and cheap. I also never purchase a product on Paytm. App and Website are simple and understandable. For my opinion Paytm is not a kind of digital India formation app.
