I was introduced to Paytm few months back through an offer by a famous noodle brand Yipee. Since then, I am hooked to paytm for all my prepaid mobile recharging. What I really liked about their service is that they are very technology oriented and introduce lot of useful stuff. I find their wallet system quite interesting. One of the good thing about Paytm is that they offer excellent service via their website as well as the app. When I bought a smartphone I installed their app and now recharge is as simple as entering the phone number and opt for "Fast Forward" feature and you are recharged in a few seconds from your wallet. They offer excellent customer support also. Once an order didn’t make it and they promptly added the money back to my wallet. Paytm offers a lot of convenience as I can avoid now avoid spending time on prepaid recharges by standing in the long ques.
