I purchased A Samsung Television from Paytm in July 2016 and before purchase I talked to their customer care team regarding the installation.
They said that once your product will delivered than We will send Samsung Engineer for installation and installation will be free of cost.
So on 10th July my product was delivered at my home and I informed them to raise request for installation. On same day Paytm Executive raised a request for installation and said to me that Samsung engineer will come to you within 1 Business day. It means Samsung engineer will come to me till 11th July but 1 business day passed and another day passed engineer from Samsung was not come to me for installation. I again contacted Paytm for installation because installation process was their responsibility. They said sir we have already raised a request if still Samsung engineer not coming to you then you have to talk to Samsung by yourself. I said them this is your responsibility for installation so you have to contact Samsung. But they denied and in finally I called one of my own mechanic for engineer for installation and paid him 300 INR. This is called POOR after selling support by Paytm, They only want to sale their product.
