The company sells duplicate and defective products always.The customer care service center of the company doesn’t reply and have to pay money for the defective products.Paytm have no any responsibility at all.I have worst shipping experience for many times.During online marketin, paytm gets the money from my bank account but not credit it to the seller immediately.It keeps the money with it and earning interest .Only after complain, it credits the money to the seller.There are not much products at all.My friend bought a phone worth 37k and they have delivered him a defective phone that doesn’t switch on. They then asked me to go and see an authorized service center and get a report that his return request was genuine.Even after doing that, they say that his account has been flagged and the return can’t be accepted.Even it was working not properly when I recharged DTH.Sometimes I faced that my wallet balance is zero though I had Rs.500/-. So, I have bad experience about PAYTM.
