While doing a purchase the FabFurnish through Paytm gateway.I got an error that the transaction didnt get through. But Money had been deducted from my account. I spoke to the bank about it and they told me that money had been debited from my account.
I contacted PayTm customer care to relsolve the issue. I provide them all the details including the snapshot of Bank transaction. In spite of repetitive emails, they are not ready to resolve my case and want to close the case forcefully. They don’t even have any customer care number to speak.
