I have ordered Sony 32" LED on 15 October 2015 and it was showing delivery date as 22 October. Till 19th it was not shipped hence I started enquiring with the customer care and in 4-5 days of followup I have realized that I am talking to a bunch of idiots. Every time you contact them, they will give you a new timeframe of 24-48 days and they do nothing further.
It’s not yet shipped and these monkeys are not even refunding my money(31, 000 Rs.). I am screwed.
