I won’t say that Paytm App is one of theI best, but comparatively it is really good. I’ve been using for more than 2 years now for recharging phones and paying all my utility bills.
Everytime I recharge or pay any bill, I definitely get some discount, except for Airtel, which has recently launched their own App and stop giving discounts to other third party apps, anyway, I just hate Airtel, so I don’t even care.
Even I don’t mind paying bills for others as well, I get discount;):D
