I’ve been using Paytm since it was launched around 2-3 years back.
Initially many recharge offers were provided for the customer benefits then the E-commerce facility was added and now as we all know it has became a brand as it is sponsoring our Indian Cricket team. With the time Paytm has done a lot of improvement and no doubt their marketing strategy is superb which obviously includes the customer benefits.
The deals on Paytm is more beneficial than any other available alternative also the Paytm wallet facility is great for payment.
The product delivery is also on time and "Genuine products" are always delivered.
I think the future of Paytm is very bright and will surely be once compared to alibaba.:)
