Hello! Everyone . Paytm has given me the worst feeling of money transactions . I recently tried to send money thou the transaction was successful but all in vain . The money didn’t show up into my bank account. Thank god it was a small amount or else I would have surely got a nightmare. It’s hell in an app . Customer care service is not upto the mark. Rude people with no proper information . As India is going digital day by day these kind of service is not worth it . Indian government should take serious steps to abolish these kinds of norms to make our lives much more easier but for now Paytm is definitely not making our live easier. I am not saying that Paytm is the worst service provider but it can surely overcome some of it’s serious issues for sure to gives us better lives . Thank you .
