I ordered a product singer 900w mixer grinder they were offering 30% cash back so I gave them a try .i placed the order but to my astonishment, on the very next day I saw that the product that I had chosen singer 900w was placed by another item named bajaj 500w juicer mixer grinder .I cancelled the order immediately and the order was successfully cancelled
I reorderes the product that I had initially chosen and this time the order was placed correctly .note that I had paid for these products in advance that is for both the orders, hoping that since the first order was cancelled the bill amount would be refunded to my account within few days but I did not receive my amount its been 1 months I have also call customer care they have also raose complaint but I have not got any solution
