I’ve been buying a lot of products from Paytm and last time I bought a mens puma wallet which I returned within allowed return time and I was supposed to get my money in my paytm account and it has been months and nothing has reflected in my account even after complaining many times to customer care and I never received any positive response. I know Rs.500 is not a big amount for paytm but it’s worth customer trust. I’ve lost all my trust on paytm and will never want shop from it again.
