- “Its to bring notice of consumer who are trying to recharge using Paytm. it has hardly got 50% recharge success then they convert the debited amount in Paytm cash which makes you bounded to them. No doubt they can earn huge money out of interest by holding your moneyeven for 1 day.
Now I need to tell you how I was harrassed by their stupid service. I was suppose to make a longer STD call to my mother and I recharged for tariff in Videocon mobile. But the stupidity of this service provider made me to wait another few hours and ultimately I had to go to shop for the same. But still after 2days they are showing status that recharge is in process and believe me this is not first time.
I am really feeling to abuse badly. I have been so badly irritated that I wont use any such things in future ever. In India online service is a dream until there is strict regulatory body to curb this jack asses.

- “I am also scammed by paytm.The first time when I recharged for 50rs using paytm they said recharge was unsuccessful, but the money is safe with us and kept two options
1.recharge again using balance remaining.
2.transfer money back to bank account but when I choose to recharge again then 50rs were again debited from my account and again recharge was unsuccessful.so in this process I lost 100rs.

- “2 days before I placed two recharge of Rs 130 and Ra 10 on my prepaid Airtel no.:- 7585990571. Paytm sent me a msg that, my recharge was successful, but no confirmation msg I got from airtel. I contacted with airtel customer care executive, she told me that paytm did not placed any recharge. Since then I am trying to contact with Paytm customer care number, but.
