I have been using Paytm.com for sometime now. Initially I was a huge fan of this app as it actually gave wonderful offers rather I say lucrative offer may be because of the competition amongst online wallets, but these days the promocodes are more of waste of time and there is actually no luck(or may be I ain’t that lucky) to win any cashback
It would be a great app if they work on offers but the dependability and performance of this app or website is real good.
Also, I like the new security features they have introduced.
They also need to work on customer care feature as there doesnt happen to be a proper way to reach them as such
Overall good experience and would rate it on a scale of 4/5
