Paytm has grabbed the market from the date of demonetisation especially. The main question that comes in our mind while shopping online is that whether the product is genuine or fake.Paytm is considered as a trustworthy site but many of product’s provided by the site are fake.But the prices at which they provide genuine products is absolutely amazing. Prices are very cheap as compared to other sites.
The other problem that occurs while shopping in paytm is dilivery time. They deliver most of the products after two weeks which annoys the customer a lot. I have several time bought products from this site and every single time it took them more tha two weeks.
Other problem which changes mind of majority of people not to online shop in paytm is the unavailability of cash on delivery option. Most of tge buyers think that they’ll not deliver the product it’s not that much trustworthy but in my opinion one can easily trust paytm when it comes in terms of money. They do not cheat their buyers as far as i’ve seen and read.
The best advantage of buying products from paytm is the low and cheap rates it provides in every product. Usually all products are available on paytm and prices as compared to any other site in India is way far low.
Another good thing about paytm is that it provides additional cash back in most of the products in spite of cheap rates. Though it takes some time for cashback but still it’s another big advantage for buyers.
If we compare paytm with any other shopping websites available in India, it’s just a matter of trust that lacks in paytm otherwise it’s better than any other site. Even if the product comes duplicate it can easily be returned within 15 days or a week as per the terms and conditions. In my opinion one should always choose paytm in spite of it’s disadvantages which are not so worse. I think paytm will fully grab the market and beat all other online sites upto the end of 2017. Good job paytm really appriciate your work and I wonder what would have happened if in the time ofdemonetisation this site would not have been present.
