I had couple of bad experience with Paytm and their customer service failed to help me out. I stopped using paytm because I feel like getting cheated every time.
Loaded some money for paying bill ended up in authorization and paytm doesn’t know whats going on to help me out. I loaded some money to pay bills and website crashed. However money was taken out from my account and not added to my paytm vallet. When I contacted Paytm they failed to explain the authorization instead said that I haven’t loaded any cash and I’m lying to them.
After paying bill, I see that there is some unknown charges collected for GST which is not required for electricity bill as the bills comes around with added GST from the government.
Paytm is using cheap ideas to steal money from users using GST and other charges in small amount. As they are taking RS2-5 in transaction, most of the users leaves it as additional charge as it small amount. But taking small amount from lakh of customer is money laundering which should be stopped by Paytm. Otherwise, they’ll start to loose the users.
