I personally think that paytm is a worst company on behalf of customer service
I received a payment from a a customer and my five thousands rupees were blocked in the paytm
I was not able to recovef them and was also not getting a help from the customer care and the other problem is that its server is very slow it do not accepts payment on time and customer not able to pay cash
And charges are too high for transferring the amount to the bank account
I think paytm should grow on and work on it
