no customer care number on site,
the number I got from google is IVR. have only limited options.
I was asked to submit my complaint through site. it worst site. it does not accept my complaint. no reason is give for non acceptance.
NO HUMAN TOUCH, no option in IVR so that we can talk to real person. who have brains.
5 IVR told me that they will call shortly. I am still waiting .
writing a complaint is so tedious on paytm.com. this is is the last time and am not going to use it agian. I thought there is discount but they charged me full money.
this is the reason why even most of the educated people still prefer brick and motor model.
if you really care for your customer you need to have option on IVR that say please speak to our customer care executive.
