Ported from Reliance CDMA Postpaid to BSNL Postpaid, number 9331933300. The last balance amount of old operator Reliance came later at 370.98(rounded 371).
Now, paying this amount is such a big hassle. Reliance not accepting payment as this number not theirs now and so online or offline cannot receive payment. Tried PAYtm, they accepted payment, through netbanking, but now say order failed and the money will be with them as site credits which can be used later. WHY?
Now BSNL wants payment proof of last dues of last operator else they will deactivate this connection. Do not understand what to do.

Hereinbelow I attach the copy of matter of mail just sent and received.:-
(1) MY MAIL: Paytm is the worst thing I have come across in recent times. Your site keeps giving error all the time. Your email address confirmation link expires before it reaches us(less than ten minutes).
NOW, THE CURRENT PROBLEM:
I made a postpaid bill payment but got a confirmation screen mentioning, "Recharged". Why? I want the transaction to be corrected towards postpaid bill payment for same number. Please check and rectify if some problem at your end. This is what I got as confirmation screen:- Recharge of Reliance CDMA Mobile number 9331933300 for Rs. 371 Pending Your Order is processing.
You will receive an update in less than an hour. We will email/SMS you on success or failure of this order. If your recharge doesn’t go through, your payment will be available to you as Paytm Cash for immediate use. Paytm order no: 177919665 Rs. 371 from AXIS bank transaction ID: 92601233.
