I do most of my recharges with paytm as it gives me great satisfaction but when it comes to online shopping I prefer other websites over it. Till now, I have purchased 3 items from paytm.com out of which only one was delivered satisfactorily. recently I ordered a laptop in which rs 5000 was discounted as cashback.
When I ordered the same, a confirmation message pops up but just prior to 2 days before delivery another message pops up which says that your order is cancelled. When I called the support center of paytm they simply apologies saying they can’t do anything on this matter and the cashback offer was also expired and this does bot happens only with me. There are lots of people out there who suffered the same way as I do. So, in my opinion paytm sucks when it comes to shopping.
