But Unfortunately the Customer Care Service is WORST.
Through an EMAIL u have 2 chat with an Executive and sometimes the Issues are Unsolved.
I would recommend not to BUY any product for PAYTM. The Reason is, Suppose u buy a Product worth ?1000 and get 40% discount or cashback i.e. u have 2 pay only ?600 as calculated. so If u buy that PRODUCT and something Happens 2 it after 15 days of delivery. Paytm Will not take any action as the 15 Days Guarantee is Over.
So you See. just 2 save ?400 u have wasted ur ?600.
Don’t go for their discounts and cashback. They r of no use if the PRODUCT purchased is a WASTE.
I agree. Bill Payments and Recharges r awesome. but my advice 2 u is that don’t go for any PRODUCT even if they r giving 90% cashback.
And the App is Pretty Good and Website look is OK.
