Pathetic Services by Paytm, ate up my money...

I placed an order using Paytm.com on 12:50 pm, Jan 02 2016, with  Order No is 1440573954 for bus tickets. Order wa not placed for my surprise. Amount payable was Rs 3948/-.


This money was transferred to paytm wallet. I hence called Paytm and they said that they have transferred the money to my bank account from Paytm wallet on 2016-01-02 07:01:05 PM with Paytm Cash Txn ID 1202050762. However I did not get the money. I wrote several emails to paytm about it however they kept giving me time to wait and asked to send the bank statement.


So far I have sent the statement 5-6 times and everytime they just ask me to wait. Called their customer care. 1. they got me connected everytme after 10 minutes. so many calls and less employees I guess. And calls got disconnected many times. Spoke to someone who claimed to be a floor manager but he also could not help. They just wanted me to call on a numnber which is for bus helpline I suppose and which is not available on website too. Many times I tried that number waiting for 10 minutes each time but no response.


I forst reported my issue on 5 january and today is 28 January. I havent for my refund yet. I have an email from my bank as well and they confirmed that they havrn’t got this oayment reversed. Paytm simply refuses to help on this and I haven’t got any resolution. Pathetic customer service. Pathetic refund process. So very sure that I am not going to buy even a pencil from paytm and to surprise I was a regular and big buyer from paytm.com. Even I wrote to thier CEO Vikash but he also doesn’t seem to care for the customers.
