I had done the bill payment via paytm, I got message that transaction got cancelled and I have paid full amount in cash, I am following all of there executive, either varun or gaurav, all the time they have same answer that this will be refunded within 24-48 hours, this mail I am getting from last 2 months and still they haven’t resolve the issue,
Now even they don’t bother to reply such a idiotic staff it seems they have recruited 10 pass people who are just to copy and paste mail and reply same to everybody, don’t use this you may get benefit out of it but once if your transaction got failed all of your money will be gone and you won’t get it back.
