I bought a htc desire 820 from the paytm site and this was my biggest mistake . paytm gave me the fake htc desire 820.this is the worst experience of my life.the paytm site promises the the product they will provide will be 100% original but the htc desire I bought was fake one.the collection of the paytm site is very poor and low class.the tracking system of the site is very poor and very slow.the tracking update are updated on the site very slowly that s why we cant judge that when the bought item is delivering.the delivery system of the paytm is very poor and inaccurate.the delivery provided by the paytm is very slow and the deliverying process is very slow and inaccurate.the packing process and the boxing in which the item is packed is of very poor quality.this was my experience with paytm and I am not gonna buy any item further in future.
