Paytm is at this situation larget commerce website in india.but I would like share you one experience.last month I had orderd my cell phones backcover .am excited for this product satisfaction. But after 7 days paytm team delivered me anather cellphones backcover.totally wrost services. Also this time paytm not refunded my money earlier. After 20 days refunded my money.many times paytm opening new new offer day by day .but at last movement they are charging delivery charges as a huge amount .like example when you ordered 100 rs mobiles charger they are charged on 60 rupees delivery charges.this is not good. They indirectly playing with customers emotions so here I think paytm service are not good .paytm is part of alibaba group.it means its out of country wesite .why not we chossen our indian sites.please friends choose indian shopping sites like flipcart etc keep up my experience. Take care and aleart with worst services.
