I have bought a Dell Inspiron 11 3148 2-in-1 laptop from aishwaryasingh23tm.com with order id 883999311 for 37646 and got a QA FAILED defected laptop which I returned to it and after 5 days of returning I didnt got my money back and got NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SUPPORT. what can I do now?
I have write to all email addresses given by aishwaryasingh23tm.com tmorpheushumanse are care@aishwaryasingh23tm.com, servicehead@aishwaryasingh23tm.com and grievanceofficer@aishwaryasingh23tm.com and got reply from care@aishwaryasingh23tm.com with no satisfactory response. Also I got reply after 2 days of email.
I didnt got reply about the matter which I ask them.
