I am having a very bad experience with kyc to be completed with paytm, I had booked an appointment for kyc never got a call although I had went to near by mobile shop, there kyc was completed, received sms mentioning kyc is successfully completed . Now when I am trying to transfer my account from paytm wallet still having same issue kyc is need to be done .I tried to call customer care wasted my 40 rs balance too but no one picked the call and phone got cut self . I had wrote 4 complaints in paytm but did not get any response . I recommend you all dont go blind trust with paytm, there service are very bad .
