I had ordered a sweatshirt via paytm online shopping on Nov 26, 2014. when I did not get anything from them, I checked the status that it had been returned citing wrong delivery address. They had not called me before delivery nor the address was wrong.
When I demanded for refund, they said it will be done and said all communication will be over mails and they dont have any customer care numbers. When I escalated this to their higher authority, I got my refund into my paytm wallet on Dec 17, 2014. Funniest thing is they also delivered the sweatshirt to my home that same day. I used up my wallet amount on the same day for some payment.
Then I get a mail asking me to fund my account to deduct money as they had delivered goods as well as processed the refund.point to note is 1.)this is the same address they had told was wrong and did not deliver in the first instance.2.) All communication has to happen over mail.no customer care at all, which means customer can forget if some amount lies with them. 3.) If its money belonging to them they want it immediately, but if customer wants a refund he has to wait till his last breath. Guess they think all customers are morons.
