Worst delivery service i’hv ever faced is from PAYTM!
Paytm is just tricking us by giving big amount of cashback. I am gonna tell you my very own experience with this popular website( PAYTM) .
This was my first order from paytm and I am so amazed by their customer service ! I ordered Prestige 4 Gas Burner from paytm just because I was getting 40% cashback of total amount and I got tricked by Paytm. I ordered the product on 11 Feb 2017 and till date haven’t got product from Paytm. I can’t even track my order from Paytm Mobile app it always show a Blank screen whenever I tap on TRACK button. I contacted Customer care regarding my issue but always got Fake promise but not Proper Solution.I even wrote them Email’s but as always didn’t get solution for my problems they told me to wait for 48hr by the time their consulted Team will look to my Problem but now its been 11 Days post Expected Delivery Date i.e 18 Feb 2017 and I didn’t get My Product.
Now only thing is left for me to do is First I will file a complaint in Consumer Forum and then Cancel My order.
So at the End i’ll only advise you all not to get tricked by these Big Cashbacks offers only Buy product when it is rated above 4 stars; below that do not ever go for any product otherwise you might face the same problem like me. I don’t remember my product rating but I think it was above 3.5.
