Worst Experience with Paytm!:( poor customer service. I was using Paytm for frequently to recharge.
I saw a deal on my mobile screen which just said - "Buy any beverage get another free@CCD."
I paid 10 bucks for the deal after the transaction is over; I get an sms saying that this offer is only valid for Chennai CCD outlets only!Why would I travel from Mumbai to Chennai for one free beverage? That too in given time period!
I requested paytm care service to check on this matter and get me new deal or refund the money.
There is no response for any offer or cashback or refund.
Paytm guys if you think you are doing the best job, sorry to say there are lot of competitors in market and yes, I can easily recharge with the service provider sites instead of installing your crappy app.
