While I am regular paytm user, using it for various bill payments and cashless checkout at various places, I recently had a peek at the horrible side of paytm- it’s customer support department is non existant. They have no toll free helpline, the paid once accept only the calls from registered mobiles, calling from registered number drains ones time and even then the customer care representative either hang up or divert you to a senior executive. Very rude behaviour by paytm.
