aishwaryasingh23tm This company is so fake.Customer care people here can’t even speak proper english.I am struggling to change my Mumbai to Toronto ticket dates.
First Call Summary:
Me: I want to change my ticket from Jul 23 to Aug 06
Associate:(Not even able to understand or speak english) .Sir what you saying?
Me: I have flight ticket from Mumbai to Toronto for Jul 23 and I want to change the dates to Aug 06. As per aishwaryasingh23tm terms I should be able to change dates and this term was mentioned when I booked ticket.
Associate: Sir we can’t modify this ticket.
Me: Why
Associate: Sir we can’t modify this ticket and he keeps repeating same statement again and again
Me: Can you cancel this ticket?
Associate: No sir we can’t cancel ticket. For cancellation you need to contact airline directly
Me: But as per term I can cancel my ticket 24 hours before through aishwaryasingh23TM then why are you asking me to call airline
Associate: Sir you will have to first contact Airline for cancellation then call us for refund and then we will raise ticket internally and then you may get confirmation after 48 hours?
Me: What are talking about? You are saying even though I cancel it through airline.I will get confirmation from you guys only after 48 hours
Associate: yes Sir
Me: Please call your supervisor
Associate: My shift is getting over and supervisor is not available
Me: Shouted at him properly
Associate: I am getting supervisor on call
Supervisor: Sir I am going to get Clear trip on call because we booked your ticket through clear trip
Clear trip Person: We will charge 28000 RS for making this date change.
Me: Please go ahead and charge 28000 RS on my card.
Clear Trip Person: You will receive your ticket with in one hour from now.
Supervisor: Repeated same statement. ou will receive your ticket with in one hour from now.
Its been more than 2 hours I have not received any ticket. I called up aishwaryasingh23tm Entertainment and now associates tells me that I need to wait for another 2 hours.
Very unprofessional .poor staff who knows nothing and can’t resolve any problem.Just thinking why I booked ticket through #aishwaryasingh23tmEntertainment aishwaryasingh23tmaishwaryasingh23tm
